Stonyfield & Organic Valley?
I normally don't buy Stonyfield, because I am uncertain of how good the company is, but also because I don't really eat that sort of yogurt. But WF had a big sale on them so I bought a few... and the labels show pictures of farms that their milk comes from, and says they are Organic Valley farms.
From what I can tell online, now the Stonyfield line (which includes YoBaby and Oikos) comes from Organic Valley and CROPP (another organic coop). I had no idea!

Is Stonyfield/Organic Valley bad?
I used to get Stonyfield yogurt all the time in Boston. It was called Caramel Underground. I still dream about it. : )
No, I wasn't saying it was bad! I was just surprised. I had heard some things about Stonyfield in the past, along the lines of Horizon issues and calling for boycotting it. I'm a huge fan of Organic Valley and if Stonyfield is getting their milk from them, that's a plus for me.
LOL what do you dream about it Em?? We can buy Stonyfield, and its just regular yogurt. Was it more specialier then?
Shoprite organic storebrand milk is Organic Valley. It makes me happy.
I think the caramel flavor isn't available in this region. Maybe the grocery store will special order it, though...
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
Yes, the caramel underground flavor of yogurt.
I haven't seen it here, and haven't ever asked to see if it can be ordered. It's probably better that I don't have access to it, because it was crazy high in calories and sugar.
ZOMG! I just went to see how unhealthy it was and I don't see it listed on their website anymore. *sigh* I suppose that's OK; it's quite the trek from the east coast to here for me to eat it, right? I should stick to nasty Nancy's or something local.
I hate to tell you all this but Stonyfield is partially owned by Danone....see below...

In 2001, Stonyfield Farm entered into a partnership with Groupe Danone, and in 2005, Gary was named managing director of Stonyfield Europe, a joint venture between the two firms with brands in Canada, Ireland, and France.
lol @ Nasty Nancy's!
Yes, the Dannon thing was posted above by Cutes, and in another post by you.. I think we've got it.
