I've been reading about what hospitals supply moms right after birth, but I'm wondering if hopsitals here do the same thing as ones in the US (being that everything is covered by OHIP). When you gave birth, what did you get (ie, tucks pads, dermoplast spray, mesh undies, nipple cream, maxi pads)? Just trying to plan my hospital bag. Thanks!

My Blog
Mom, why are you washing my feed in the sink?!
They had diapers, vaseline, maxi pads and 2 pairs of mesh undies (limit 2 per person, wth was that about?!), but that was it. No tucks or nipple cream. I think it's hospital specific though.
Definitely contact your hospital (or, the info might even be on their website).
My hospital provided everything. Pads, mesh undies, diapers, cloths to wipe baby, stool softener. I can't remember if they had nipple cream, but I was only in for about a day and half - not enough time to even get sore. I'm not sure about the tuck's pads. I didn't ask.
