Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Still no pictures!!!

Ok so I get this e-mail last Wednesday:

Hi Laurie, you photos will be available online tomorrow and I will send out a copy of the Digital Negatives tomorrow as well.   Please let m know where you would like them sent.

Ok great.  What website?  Where?  I still have not received the negatives in the mail yet either.  I did respond to her e-mail on Wed.....surprise no response.  I am so so so angry with this company.

  • I don't blame you! I'd be ticked off too. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this mess.
  • Sounds like my photographer. I don't have pictures either. Be persistant. Also it is harder to ignore a phone call than an email. Keep calling her until you get your pics. I usually give mine 3 days to respond before I call again. Good luck!!
  • Geez.

    I wish I knew what to tell you.  Once you're done with them, find every review site you can and give 'em the facts.  This is ridiculous. 

  • Have you contacted the BBB to try to force resolution?
