More interview updates
Hi ladies! I had what I thought would be my last interview today, and it went really, really well! I was able to talk about all of the good things that I've done that I didn't get a chance to mention in my previous interview, and this lady (who would be my boss) said that she thought I was a great candidate! However, she also said that she has 2 other candidates who are equally strong, and she does not have a dominate candidate in mind for the job. So, she's going to talk to the VP (my Friday interview) and see if they are just going to try to come to a decision, or if they are going to have us all interview with one more person. ACK!
The good news is that the other person, who is the Regional Director of HR, is someone I worked with during my internships with the company, and I really loved her and feel comfortable talking with her. It might even strengthen me as a candidate, to go through another interview with someone like that.
Regardless of what happens, I am proud of how well I did on this interview, and I know that I made a good impression, which could definitely help me get a job up there in the future, even if I don't get this position.

Thanks, girlies! I am, indeed, being forced to do another interview. It's today, at 3pm (PST)! I will be so grateful to be DONE with this process!
I don't know if all 3 of us candidates are going through this final interview, or if it's just 2 of us, or even if it's just me, but it sounded like they were going to have all of us do it. If that is the case, I can't imagine that they will be able to get through them all, and then discuss all 4 sets of interview results for all 3 of us before the weekend. So I probably won't hear anything until some time next week.
Definitely a long process! I swear, if I get this job, I'm never going to want to leave it, because I'm never going to want to go through this again!
