  • B - Cold meds and some vitamins.

    L - a hot dog

    D - leftover beef stew maybe

    Activity - none. too sick to even move. I did do a load of laundry though

    Yesterday - see above minus laundry

  • B-wheat waffles w PB& Raspberry Jam, coffee

    L-Mexican leftovers...

    D- IDK... prob something quick cause I'm lazy...

    Activity-C25K W2D3-going to do it on level 1 this time... apparently, a level 1 on a treadmill is similar to doing it outside?  Yeah... we'll see if it's that much harder.

    Yesterday-lazy... did pilates.  I love doing a workout that has me laying down...Wink

  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low sodium

    S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds

    L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar

    S- almond butter, baby carrots, unsweetened soy milk

    D- homemade chicken and vegetable soup

    Dessert- 1 square organic dark chocolate

    Activity- none today

    Yesterday- gym (C25K)

  • B - a glass of OJ, water and 2 cups of coffee

    S- 2 slices of mild cheddar cheese and some of that fancy yogurt

    D - I have no clue

    I didn't do anything I planned to do yesterday.

    Today I did another round of the Shred.

  • B: 2 slices of french toast with maple homemade frosting and a glass of orange juice.

    L: 6" turkey sub on whole oats and honey with baked sour cream chips and a sweet tea

    D: Left overs or tomato soup... not sure though

    Workout: Idk Im tired. Maybe nothing. Hopefully some cardio though.

    Yesterday: I didn't have a plan really but I did well. I have cereal for breakfast and a slice of pizza for lunch. I went to bed at 8:30 so no dinner. No workout bc I went to bed early and with no dinner.

  • I don't know if I posted yesterday, but I did stick with my eating plan. Not the gym, because I got home late and was tired.

    Today

    B: special K, yogurt, green tea

    L: In-N-Out cheese burger and fries to celebrate my LAST interview!

    D: Morrocan spiced tilapia with lemon parsley couscous and veggies

    Activities: DTD, I'm Oing this week!

  • B: Special K Protein Plus, Trop50 OJ

    L: Spinach/"cajun" chicken wrap

    D: Chicken taco soup

    S: banana, sugar free fat free dark chocolate pudding, and 2 special k 90cal bars

    Activities: modified 30DS, knee still a bit sore and swollen.

  • B: A granola bar.

     L:  Veggie Steamer with Sauce

    D: Nachos with cheese and salsa.  It was a stress eat.

    S:  A chocolate chip cookie.  STRESS PEOPLE!!!

     Activies: Ran 3 miles and also pushed around a ton of people in wheelchairs at work today.  My arms are literally aching from it.  (We had a super fun activity).
