Charting- edit
So I have decided to start charting. I have quite a few questions and need all the help I can get.
I have been of BC since September. I normally have my cycle the second week of the month. Unfortunatley AF showed up this morning. I have signed up for FF just dont really understand it. I have signed up for the emails and have learned alot. Please tell me everything I need to know about this!

What is it that you aren't understanding? What the temps mean or all the other stuff?
Have you started to use it? Are you inputting your temps yet?
In the beginning that is the best part that you can worry about. Just making sure you get your temp at the same time every day (or as close as possible) before you get up and get out of bed. Once you input those temps, the program will take care of the rest. When you get the hang of that, you can move on to other things such as charting your cervical fluid (if you choose).

I second Rachel - I love this book! I often go back to it for reference too. And ditto Karrey's advice to focus on taking your temp in the am at the same time everyday or close to it.
Karrey - we must have been posting at the same time, or right after each other b/c you weren't there two seconds ago, lol. Mad ninja skills you got :-)
