As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Shots
I know why babies cry when they get a shot....it's because it burns and it hurts afterwards. I got my MMR booster today. My whole arm hurts! It burned going in really bad. I wanted to punch the nurse. I told her good thing I am not a little kid or I would kick you right now. The nurse said to keep moving my arm all day. People driving beside me probably thought I was crazy waving my arm all around. LOL The nurse says when you dont move the medicine sits in one place and causes pain.
