Disclaimer: I had to leave the theatre three times because I get motion sickness and I forgot to take meds before I went. I did however see the good parts.
I thought it was good and it creeped me out. I didn't think it would give me nightmares or anything. BUT...I woke up the other night to a blue glowing light in my living room. I was too scared to get up and see what it was. In the time I was lying there I figured out it was the Wii. I couldn't sleep even after that because I kept thinking I was going to see something walk by.

i didn't think it was particularly scary until the part where it dragged her out of the bed and into the other room where we couldn't see but only hear her screaming. the ending, imo, was ridiculous. it was no "the exorcist". now that was scary.
