Time to Pour Some Sugar on.....

Re: Time to Pour Some Sugar on.....

  • I cannot pour sugar on anyone that wears a " Romo is a Homo " tshirt.

    You've hurt my heart. Crying

I kid, I kid.  I love Jen.  And I've never even met her.  Jen could totally be one of my buddies I hang out with.  Totally down to earth, good head on her shoulders.  You are an awesome wife and little Sharpie will be lucky to have you as her momma!

  • It's so appropriate that Jen is from Florida because she really is a ray of sunshine!  Her smile and attitude brighten up a room. She's positively gorgeous, sweet and genuine! Totallly genuine!  And that's hard to find.

I love that Jen and TJ are so family oriented that they always want their family in on their big plans. We love hearing about all of her cool adventures but the best thing about them is that they always include family and friends. I am sure it's not always easy but they are determined to make great memories. Isn't that what life is all about!??

Jen is a great friend, wonderful wife, insatiable party-animal (lol), dedicated professional, and soon to be perfect mom. I am so happy that I know Jen and TJ (and TJ's parents haha) They all have made my life so much sweeter. I look forward to more laughs and good times with the Sharpies!

  • Jen seems like such a smart woman and she's going to be an awesome mom! Like Gerrie said, it seems like the Sharpies are very family oriented and thats a great quality to have :)
  • lol Stellar!

Jen is so awesome! I love her and cant wait to meet her! She is so smart, funny, kind, loving and just down right awesome =) I know that her and TJ will be great parents...Love ya girl!

  • Jen you are just awsome all around!
  • Jen is awesome!  She seems so smart and level-headed.  I love how family oriented she is.  Her family is lucky to have her!  I know she'll be a great mom!

  • Jen is sweet, kind and thoughtful.  I really think she's someone I'd get along with really well off board.  I know she is going to be a great mom too.  Best of all, she's also an FSU alumnae!  :)
  • I love how Jen manages to balance her hard work with lots of fun.  It's obvious that family and friends are so important to Jen and TJ and they make such an effort to keep those they love close to them.  It's also been a lot of fun to watch the friendship between Jen and Gerrie blossom.  Jen inspires me to try harder to maintain my friendships which we all know is so hard when life gets busy.  Jen rocks!

  • I felt an instant connection with her when I found out we were both former soccer players (with the soccer calves to prove it! Stick out tongue)

I'm in awe of how she works a lot, but still manages to have so much fun.  I bet she is just an absolute blast to hang out with.  I'm pretty sure her and her friends and family have the best parties.  You just know she lives life to the fullest and that is an amazing thing.

She is one strong, beautiful, intelligent, and fun woman that I would love to meet!

  • Jen is probably my most favorite April 08er.  I have never met her, but I SOO want to!!!

I love that she is ambitious, very family oriented (as everyone has said), she always looks so happy in her pictures, and she is so supportive when you need it.  She is beautiful, inside and out!

She is going to be a  FABULOUS mother and she was a great labor buddy.  (Damn phone service!  Not her fault!).  She also totally kept me in the loop after B's birth when I thought I'd never have time to get on the internet again.  I remember texting her when I was admitted to the hospital and her return text just oozed of excitement.

She seems like SO much fun and I would definitely love to meet her soon!  I can't wait to see baby Sharpie and I am excited she chose Team Green!!

  • I don't know what to add that hasn't been said already but Jen rocks! She is a beautiful PG girl, too! She works hard, is a great friend and loves her family. What could be better?!

  • Jen is awesome. She's has given me sooo much advice about some family/house situations in the past, I couldn't even thank her enough. She's got a great head on her shoulders and seems like she'd be a blast to hang out with. I can't wait for baby sharpie to arrive. No doubt that she'll be an amazing momma.

  • Wow - this is my first "pouring of sugar" and it is AWESOME!! What a great idea Gerrie/ladies!

Jen seems like an awesome person that would be a blast to hang out with. She and TJ will defintiely make great parents! Ditto on all the family stuff too - I wish we could include our family in everything more but can't since we live so far ... your fam/friends are lucky to have you in their lives for sure!

  • Baby Sharpie is so lucky to have Mama Jen! We all can't wait to "meet" you! But Jen is such a wonderful person. How could you not love her? She has such a bubbly personality and gives some great advice!
  • YIPEE, another nestie that I met. Jen is an amazing wifey, friend, and soon-to-be mommy! If you get to meet her, you'll click instantly because Jen has that heart of gold that is lovable. Her beautiful smile always radiates her joy for her everything in life. She's your girl for going out to the clubs/bars/anywhere fun, cheering on your football team, and she's always down to be hanging out with the girls, and always throws the coolest parties. Who else would have had their party streaming on the internet. Her & TJ are so cool, and fun...didn't you see their Maria & Joseph costumes...awesome! She's a strong and independent woman who's always has a plan in motion. We love ya Jen!!!

  • i would like to echo EVERYTHING that everyone else has said.

    i'm so original, lol.

    Party!!!

  • You ladies are all sooooo right - Jen sent me the link and told me all her Knotties/Nesties were saying really nice things about her, so I thought it would only be right that I get to chime in as the guest DH on the board (if Paul or any of the other husbands see me, please smack me in the back of the head for 1. knowing what DH is and 2. referring to myself that way).

Anyways I will not impede on your gal-talk too much but I can affirm everything that's been said so far and then some.  I met a very beautiful, very loving, kind, and sweet woman 4 1/2 years ago, and was smart enough to hold on to her!  She is blessed with an innate sense of love, laughter, fun, caring, and kindness - if she ever stops laughing with/at me, I know I'm in trouble!  She can be so accommodating that I need to occasionally (and somewhat sternly) tell her to stop bending over backwards trying to be helpful (like last night when she was outside painting in the dark in 40 degree weather - even after i told her not too!!).

She's been an amazing partner for many of those fun nights and wild trips you all have heard about.  I've seen her be stronger than she ever thought she could through too many difficult times with her family, a family that probably wouldn't exist as one right now if it wasn't for her love, dedication, tireless devotion, and endless belief in the good in those closest to her. She has been an inspiration to those around her - her family leans on her for support, her friends rely on her to be the ear (and mouth, at dinners and - pre-baby - at the bar!) they always can bend, everyone who knows her is touched by the spirit that's evident even to those of you who've yet to meet her, and this one funny-lookin smart-ass guy adores her for all of the above and so much more.  One look at her smile and all of us know we're got a very special person in all our lives.  She's the best wife and the best friend all wrapped up in one amazing, slightly-bulging-at-the-uterus ball!!   ILU

P.S. "Ggggmgghththggh"  <--- that was little Sharpie gurgling "Ditto!!"

love you all!   (and TJ too!)

  • Jen is such a sweetheart!!!! I hope to meet her in person some day.  I wish I talked with her more.  The few times I have emailed her she is just so sweet!  I love how dedicated she is to her family, talks so sweetly about her husband, has the best smile, beautiful.....I could go on and on.  I really appreciate how she gave me advice in the past.  We are lucky to have Jen on this board!

Now I am off to read TJ post!  :)

  • I feel horrible that I missed this!!

Jen is so, so, so sweet.  She an TJ are also an adorable couple.  I think Jen's sense of humor is hilarious, and I love to hear stories about her and TJ.  She is going to be an amazing mom someday soon, and I am so happy that I have gotten the opportunity to get to know her on here.
