I miss the Heidi of the first season of The Hills.
I'm friends with everybody in this office. We're all best friends - I love everybody here. But sometimes your best friends start coming into work late, and start having dentist appointments that aren't dentist appointments. And that's when it is nice to let them know that you can beat them up.

B. I enlarged the picture and it says she got her chin reduced, her boobs enlarged, and her nose redone at least. It was some 10 procedures done in one day. I think they'd have to knock me out for a solid month if I had all that crap done. Yikes.

She was adorable a few years ago...
Now... yikes.
The pic St Joe put up really shows how she changed. The "before" pic from People is from when she already had some surgery done, just look at her nose.

Ew, Lark! I hate that picture. That's what I looked like 2 weeks before my wedding when my face swelled up. Horrible memories.
I was thinking she looks more like one of the plastics they made on that awful The Swan show.

It also looks like she had cheek bone implants and her brows lifted. Lips look different, too, but hard to tell when she's smiling in one pic and not the other. Also and under-eye lift looks like. That's 7. The others were probably not on the face (maybe tummy tucks, lipo, etc.). The only thing that looks the same from one pic to another is the hair.
