Re: What should I make for dinner?
Here's what I've made lately:
Chicken noodle soup
Lasagna
Ground turkey calzones
Steak & baked potato
Homemade nachos
BLTs w/ avacado & fries
Hope that helps!
My favorites from the past 2 weeks have been pork roast (recipe and photos on my blog, 2nd most recent entry) and maple chicken stir fry:

which DH made last night and it was ridiculously good. He's totally showing me up in the kitchen!
We also made chicken parm with whole wheat spaghetti, and quesadillas, which were good, too.?
We made turkey sausage and peppers Monday night and then a polenta lasagna last night. Both very healthy and both VERY delicious!!! Tonight is blackened cod and steamed veggies!
Now I'm hungry!
