so we are thinking of doing a pink gingham:

With a green polka dot we found with some brown accents!

They also had a pink and chocolate but I think it's too popular. What do you think? TIA!!!
Re: Nursery idea...
I think the green polka dot is a tad too small. At least it looks that way on th screen. I would prefer bigger polka dots because the smaller ones start to look like the gingham after you stare at it awhile.
(Although I'm not one to talk too much, David's room is as boring as one can get). Once we convert to the toddler bed, I'm going to decorate better.
I know you didn't ask but if I ever have a girl, I'm really digging the cute owl themes that have been popping up.
Okay was just on Roombio and was looking at the pink/green rooms and decided on pink gingham for the bedskirt and curtains (thanks to my great MIL for making them), paint the walls a sage color and do pink polka dots on them, and then recover the rocker with a brown! Then sage sheets!
Okay I guess I need to go finish the cleaning of the room to get ready for paint!
Totally agree with you Mel, the polka dot we found was at walmart and I couldn't find it online. It would be larger but had a chocolate backing, don't know if I want white, pink, and green with brown, I think it would be too busy!
