B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low sodium
S- almond butter
L- homemade chicken and vegetable soup, ff plain greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds
S- baby carrots, unsweetened soy milk
D- not sure about main dish, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green peppers, oil/vinegar
Ds- 1 square organic dark chocolate
Activity- gym (C25K)
Yesterday- stuck to my eating plan
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal w/ skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: PB&J on ww, Quaker Cheddar Cheese Quakes, apple
Snack: Clementines, Dannon Light & Fit Cherry Vanilla
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken, Trader Joe's mashed potatoes (my new fav!), salad
Activity: I'm not sure. I'm on day 5 of a sinus headache and haven't felt like doing much.
Yesterday: Ate well for breakfast and dinner, but not so much for lunch. It's ok though because I'm back on track today!
Breakfast - BIG glass of OJ and a fiber plus bar
Lunch - Lean Cuisine 5 cheese rigatonni
Dinner - Homemade shrimp and corn soup
Snack - a piece of gum
Activity - still too sick to do anything. I am going to try and get to my wii dammit
yesterday - i ate well but activity lacked due to my cold
B-WW bagel, Eggbeaters, coffee
S-celery & carrots
L-Lean Cuisine Parm crusted fish, apple, hershey kisses
S-not sure, but hungry!

Activity-Strength training-45 min (ugh) and cardio-hula hooping to the tunes!
Yesterday-HORRIBLE D3W2 of C25K-not sure what was up, but I had to walk after the 3rd running bit-walked the next 2, jogged the last. Shin Splints out the wazoo! Wonder if the onset of AF made me have a bad time?...
Breakfast: Two cups of coffee. I had a medication hang-over and was too ill to eat anything
Snack: Nothing.
Lunch: A granola bar, greek yogurt, and an apple
Snack: Banana. I think there may be chips or popcorn in my future too.
Dinner: I think we're having swordfish. Or finishing up the chicken we made on Sunday.
Activity: Gym after work. I'm not feeling very good today, but I know I'll feel better once I get there.
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch- Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Snack: 2 beers and 3 pretzel rods from this coffee shop/WIFI area where I worked this afternoon
Dinner: Veggie kabobs with quinoa.
Activity: ZIP.
B- oatmeal with fresh blueberries & cup of coffee
L- PB & J sammich w/ some baby carrots
S- tortilla chips w/ salsa
D- ?
activity - none today, I did a run/walk yesterday and plan to do it again tomorrow evening
B - Special K protein plus cereal and Trop50 OJ
L - Spinach and chicken wrap on whole-wheat/grain
S - pudding, 2 90cal special k bars, banana, and peanut butter cracker things (I split the snacks, some in am and pm)
D - turkey salsa chili...might add some frozen cool whip and choc syrup later since I'm still low on calories.
Yesterday - did modified shred due to knee
Today - did most of Shred - could jump, but hurt too much to do the butt-kicks on level one. Today was day 6 for me.
B: 1 slice PB toast on wheat, coffee, OJ, 1/2 glass of milk
L: 1/2 PB&honey sandwich, celery sticks, apple, diet coke
S: clementine, a few laffy taffy's
Dessert: chocolate cupcake
Activity: walked on the treadmill at steep incline for 40 minutes
Yesterday I did everything that I planned (except my boss brought in some yummy chocolate covered raisins and peanuts so I had a few little handfuls of those...).
