We had chicken parm last night! I made black bean soup in the crockpot. Soooo obsessed.
We almost had it last night, but the chicken had been in the fridge for a little while and I am a little paranoid about getting food poisoning *again,* so I'm trying again tonight with fresh chicken!

I made carne asada tonight....DH loved it (which is rare he is so picky) I thought it was ok but there were some things I'd change....and I thought he was the picky one!
We had hotdogs last night and I loaded mine with ketchup, pickles, onions, and cheddar cheese...it was amazing! And to think I used to despise them!
DH made dinner tonight (as usual)... marinated chicken drummies in olive oil and lemon juice, grilled. Then red and yellow peppers and onions chopped up and grilled. SO yummy!
