Austin Granite Direct/New Venetian Gold
I know several of you (Chandley!) used Austin Granite Direct, and I just got a great quote from them for this specific color.
Did anyone go with New Venetian Gold? What do you think of it? I haven't seen it in person yet ... but man the price is great!

that is the exact pattern we got! we loved it and got tons of compliments. i miss it in the old house.
when we went to the stone yard we picked one with a lot of character - some of the new venetian golds were tame and some more loud. it really depends on the slab you pick out. (it is prob like this with all colors)

I was supposed to buy an iPhone tomorrow, then I got wind that I could do my bathroom counter top of under $600. Somehow the counters won out over the iPhone since I can't bring myself to buy both in the same week (dang good investments). However ... the counters were the hold up on my bathroom remodel, and I'm feeling THIS close to finishing! I will be SO glad to be back in my master bath!!
I'm a little late, but i went with New venetian gold from austin granite direct. I LOVE the way it came out. the sales guy was kind of pushing a darker/black granite with our white cabinets, but that wasn't really the style of our house. i'm so glad i stuck with to my guns and got the NVG. here's our kitchen
