Recipe... (taken from local)

For any gals wanting to try or who do use quinoa (I am in search of it today-one market didn't have it... checking Wegman's), someone posted this on my local... thought it sounded pretty good-might be too many steps for moi, but...

Re: Recipe... (taken from local)

  • Very cool, thanks for posting!  I'm less about fat-free like she is, but a lot of her recipes sound good so I'll probably end up trying them out.  Plus, this was a great find--my friend is transitioning to vegan, so I forwarded it to her in the hopes it'd give her some good recipes to draw from.

  • I'm just trying to find some recipes, but glad you could possibly use it!

GL to her-not sure I could do the vegan route... I'm still working on the no sugar substitutes route, myself!

  • Yeah, I don't think I could do vegan either!  I don't eat much meat as it is though, so I could probably do pescatarian (sp?; only eating fish) since it's pretty much what I do anyway.

  • Omg, I want to eat this now. I'll probably use olive oil though. It's healthy fat - your brain needs some fat, people!
  • I actually have ALL these ingredients right now ... I think this is going to be my lunch!
