Hi Ladies I'm pretty new to the Raleigh area, I guess I have been here for 11 months now....so kinda new
We just adopted a dog and I'm in search of veterinarian in the Raleigh area. What does an office visit usually cost? Any suggestions and tips are appreciated! Thanks!

Re: New to the area
Hi and welcome
We live in Cary and use Kildaire Animal Clinic for our Dog and Cat. We love love love them. Dr. Livaudais is the best.
Visits depend on what the reason is. I think they charge $65 vet visit and anything additional goes on top of that.
Hi, welcome! We currently go to Leesville Animal Hosptital and have been pretty happy with the service and pricing there. We've had a lot of problems with potential urinary tract infections of our cats, and they'll let them stay the day in order to collect a urine sample and don't charge us anything aside from the labwork, which I think is really generous considering they could easily charge for keeping the cat there for the day. I don't know how much a visit costs, I'm guessing somewhere around $50? I don't know since it's always vaccines or meds or something in addition.
We have used Bowman Animal Hospital in the past, and while I was happy with the service I recieved there, I did feel they were overpriced. We also went to Duraleigh-Oak Park Veterinarian and didn't have a good experience there.
