Waxing Question

Has anyone ever been waxed using Nufree?  It's supposed to be a natural soy based product, that doesn't stick to your skin?

Thoughts? Reviews?

I'm thinking of trying this new place in town, and their website says they use Nufree.  I've never been waxed, so I thought it may be good for a first time.

Re: Waxing Question

  • I haven't tried that wax, but another alternative is Threading.  I just had this done and loved it way better than waxing.  It is not as painful and chemical free.  They say it hurts a little more the first time but gets less painful.  I will never wax again!
  • Sorry I've never heard of that wax before. So I am not sure how well it works or if it's less painful.

But if you've never been waxed before I would recommend looking in your area for someone that threads eyebrows. I find it takes less time and is less painful. I know in my area there are several salons that do it, and also at the mall there is a threading stand.

  • I must have hit reply too soon, because if I had seen what Mofe said, I would have just quoted her. =)

  • Ha ha.... I'm not talking about eyebrow's ladies!  Stick out tongue
  • Are you talk about down under?  If so than I am of no help!

Threading does more than just eyebrows, lips, hair line, etc.

  • Yes, thinkin of doing the brazillian. Huh?
  • It'll hurt regardless...I've had regular bikini waxes both with regular wax and what I think was nufree and it hurt in both cases.

  • I can't comment on the wax but let's be honest, anytime they pull hair off of your lady bits, it's going to hurt. The first time is the worst, then if you keep up with it, it gets better. Good luck
