i am sore, and it's so pathetic.
i went to the gym yesterday with the teen and did a crapload of cardio. i alternated between walking/jogging/running on the treadmill and then hopped on the bike.
and this morning, my thighs are SORE. and i'm super tired. yeah, it's been over a year since i worked out (!!), but still - good gracious.
how lame is that??

Re: i am sore, and it's so pathetic.
No lamer than me this morning on my exercise ball doing 20 half hearted leg lifts before calling it a morning.
I could write a book on laziness but it would require me to actually move.
Keep at it! I plan on stepping it up as well. :-)
i think tonight i'll try 10yt's 4000 jumping jacks plan.
the downstairs neighbors are gonna LOVE me.
It's not pathetic to be sore after that! That means your muscles are working -- yay! Just make sure you keep doing it; that is the best way to relieve your soreness.
wii tennis did the trick for me, too.
I'm super duper proud of you. Thanks for the reminder that I need to exercise today. I've been REALLY bad about this.
UGH.
But GO YOU!!!
Wii boxing with step did it in for me.
Ugh I hear you. I joined a boxing gym and had my first one-on-one (basically just to make sure I won't hurt myself on the bags). Well, I did. And it still hurts.
Signed,
Not the sharpest crayon.
you inspired me, wan. I actually pulled out the ea active from the box and did 25 min! hey, we all need to start somewhere...
I sweat more playing Wii tennis then I did playing real tennis on my club team.
Soreness is a good thing, Wan. It means you really pushed yourself.
