Breakfast - Glass of OJ
Lunch - Cafe Steamers Chicken Marsala
Snack - Fiber Plus bar
Dinner - Spaghetti with a blue cheese vinagrette salad
Activity - WFP (hopefully)
Yesterday - I kept to my eating plan + better and had a salad for dinner with no pizza. no activity as I was beat from my first full day back to work and being overheated sends me into coughing fits.
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low sodium
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/agave
L- shrimp and quinoa, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green pepper, oil/vinegar
S- baby carrots, almond butter, unsweetened soy milk
D- baked chicken, vegetables
Ds- 1 square organic dark chocolate
Activity- none today
Yesterday- stuck with eating/exercise plan
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal w/skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Went out for Mexican with my co-workers. I haven't done this in a long time, and now I'm stuffed.
Dinner: Something I can make quickly before a 7pm meeting. Probably soup and a salad.
Activity: Nothing tonight.
Yesterday: I stayed on plan eating yesterday. Didn't get in any exercise because I still have this stupid cold/sinus headache.
B-WW bagel, eggbeaters, coffee
S-carrots
L-wheat pasta w veggies-leftovers, SF Cinnamon Roll pudding
S-apple
D-Lean Cuisine something or other

Yesterday-did the stupid strength training bit...
Breakfast: Grapefruit and water
Coffee with non-dairy creamer.
Lunch: I think I'll have a Marie Calanders chix-parm with steamed veggies.
Dinner: Not sure about.
I actually made it up at 6am and went for a 3mile run. It was great!! I haven't been running at all in forever!
B: Waffle Crisp with whole wheat flour & a glass of orange juice
S: Rice crispy treat
L: I pakced my lunch then left it o nthe kitchen counter, so Sonic carhop special (grape slush, jr bacon cheeseburger, and tots with chesse)
D:Very small serving of chicken and dumplings
Workout: Walk a mile & some strength
Yesterday: I missed D&D so I guess I stuck to it -- no plan =P. Really, I did well yesterday. I had cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch, and a small serving of pasta for dinner. I was exhausted yesterday so I only did 5-10 min of cario.
Since I missed, the day before yesterday, I did well. I stuck to my eating plan and I actaully worked out. I forgot I walked a mile a lunch.
B - Special K Protein Plus cereal and Trop50 OJ
L - spinach and chicken wrap
D - leftover turkey chili
S - sf jello pudding, banana, special k 90 cal bars (2) and peanut butter cracker things

Yesterday - stuck to eating plan and worked out as scheduled
