Roast Beef Panini Au Jus

I made these tonight. Yum! I used leftovers from the roast I made last night, put them on rye bread with swiss cheese. I made the gravy from a packet (au jus gravy). H and I both loved them.

I say this every time I make a panini, but they need to become a regular in this house.

  • Last time we made them, H just kind of threw together what we had - sandwich meat, mayo, mustard, cheese...

This time, we used rye bread, roast, swiss cheese, mayo, and creole mustard. Olive oil in panini pan and on press. Cook until brown on both sides and cheese is melted.

Just had another one for lunch. Yum!
