Hey ladies!!
This might be a stupid question, but I thought I would ask anyway. I know that when you're on maternity leave you get like 15 weeks "maternity" leave and then 35 weeks "parental" leave. What I want to know is, when the maternity part runs out is there anything you have to do for the parental part or does it just kick in automatically? I don't remember seeing anything in the forms I filled out about it, and I think my maternity part is just about up and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything!! I couldn't find anything on the website about it.
TIA!!

No worries, it changes over automatically, you do not have to do anything.
