Has anyone read about the sarcmark? I actually think its a good idea. There are so many times I send emails that are laced with sarcasm, that some people may not realize. Having a mark to denote sarcasm may be helpful in the long run. I do think it's going to be a b!tch to get use to using and to get people up-to-date on what it means. I wonder if it will actually catch on? Thoughts?
Re: Sarcmark?
IMO, sarcasm is a form of wit- therefore, it should not be used in a professional environment and so I wouldn't see the need to stick a disclaimer on it.
If people don't get it? ahh, well...chances are they don't get me!
it's very hard to read sarcasm, emotion, etc in emails. B/c of this, I think a lot of things are read the wrong way.
So I think that having some sort of mark would be good option to have. If you want to use it, use it. If not, don't! simple as that!

I'm pretty sure people know that most of what I say/write is pure sarcasm. If they don't...oh well.
