Breakfast - Huge glass of OJ and a Fiber Plus bar
Lunch - I have a lean cuisine but I am burned out plus I will be having pasta for dinner. So maybe I will come up with something more exciting than that.
Dinner - Since D forgot to take out the ground meat (grrrrr), we will be having sketti tonight.
Activity - Still not feeling well so I wont make any promises here. Next week though....it is on like donkey kong
Yesterday - Food wise I did ok except for the Icee my coworker bought me. My throat hurt so bad it was too good to pass up. Dinner I did well with a small bowl of egg drop soup and some broccoli. Activity wise I couldnt do because I had last minute training dropped on me at 5 yesterday that I had to spend 3 hours doing last night. No time.
B: Light and Fit Strawberry Yogurt
S: Brown Sugar Oatmeal
L: Subway 6" turkey sub with light mayo, lettuce, and cucumbers, bbq fritos, and a cookie
Workout: Walk a mile
Yesterday: I stuck to my eating plan other than adding a icee in the evening while I was at the mall. I also did my 1 mile workout plan plus all the shopping walking =P.
LOL....we both cheated with ICEEs. They're so good!
B: Greek yogurt (added some stevia sweetner and cinnamon-yum!), coffee
S: banana
L: prob Lean Cuisine or soup
S2: carrots
Activity: D3W2-C25K. Let's hope the last horrible workout was from lack of hydration--I hope to hydrate LOTS today! and I did have the banana for potasssium
DId I do okaY? thought so, till I got on the scale... last wk-gained 3 1/2... this week-gained a lb. wondering if I have a thyroid thing going on cause this is just crazy! I did lay off the vino this week. Maybe I would have gained 5 if I hadn't. gah! stupid old body.
Breakfast- Egg Burrito orange juice apple
Snack- granola bar
lunch- left over 1/2 BBQ chicken breast , brown rice and green salad
snack- trail mix, clementine
Dinner - Going to a book club meeting to we'll see what they have for me.
Snack - same
activity- shopping. Yes that sounds like a cop out, but I have a lot to do, and it takes a lot out of me.
B- coffee & oatmeal with fresh blueberries
L- not sure yet but probably a small bowl of pasta with baby carrots
D- I have absolutely no idea
S- green tea, orange, maybe some chocolate
I did c2k5 yesterday and it felt GREAT! I plan on going out tomorrow for W2D1 !!!!
I did stick to everything yesterday.
B- Plain greek yogurt with fresh honey and some figs. I sound fancy, but I'm not.
L- Kale, white bean, and orzo soup and half a sandwich that my coworker offered me (I still can't turn down free food. And there's bacon in it)
D- I think take-out. I'm thinking Indian or Thai.
S- Green tea and a piece of fruit.
I felt awful this morning so I didn't bring my gym clothes, but now I'm regretting it because I feel pretty good. I'll probably go tomorrow before work. So just lots and lots of walking. We may go to the American Folk Art museum after work so that'll help.

Activity: Picking my mom and sis up at the airport!!! We are celebrating my mom's 60th this weekend, so we are doing a girls' weekend (mom, 2 sisters, me) in Santa Barbara

Yesterday I ate well, did 30 minutes on the stairmaster, and did 45 minutes of weight lifting, which is killing me this morning. We did arms and chest, and I could barely lift my arms to wash my hair this morning!
B - almond butter, unsweetened soy milk
L - egg white omelet w/lf cheese, spinach, green pepper, Morningstar veggie breakfast patty
S - plain ff greek yogurt, unsweetened hot tea
D - no clue, need to have vegetables in there somewhere though
Activity - gym (C25K, + 30 min extra cardio), Shred video
Yesterday - stuck to eating for the most part, except I had quinoa w/dinner instead of the salad I SHOULD have had.
