hmm....still. washer dryer hook-up to me equals long term rental possiblity. Also, to put it in perspective, this past year we spent almost 1K on our laundry (i.e. taking it to laundry and having them wash & fold). DH and I always agree that if you plan on staying in a place more than just one year and its a really good place, the broker's fee is ok and will be worth it.

oh, i don't know now....I'll just have to come look at them too. when do you want to go? lol - jk! I know you probably hate it at this point, but I love looking a apartments and picturing how I'd live in them.
