Friday Confession (flamefree if you want to join)
D has slept on the couch all week due to me being sick and his um....fake illness and "earache". They have been the best nights of sleep I have gotten in years. I have enjoyed the bed to myself all week so much that I am seriously considering moving to another room.

I am a nervous, anxious mess of an AW. I want to know about this job rightnow so I can be done with this. I've had two weeks of driving my friends and family nuts with my stress and doomful predictions about the outcome, and I have taken more immodium than is probably healthy (nerves and my digestive system do NOT get along). I'm supposed to find out today (probably, they say), so I am being utterly and completely worthless at work.
Good thing I'm only working a half day. . . The bad thing is that my family is coming to town this afternoon, and I'm so afraid that they are going to call me at 4pm, after I've picked them up at the airport, and tell me that I'm not their choice for this job.
My hands and sweating and my stomach is churning just thinking about it.
CALL ME, D*MN IT!!

Job related: I so hope DH gets that job. It would be sooo cool to move to that area, even though it'll have its own challenges. But I can see us playing in the beach with Lovebug, while Neela goes crazy and jumps in the ocean happily. It warms my heart...
Lovebug's birth related: I hope he's born on the 23rd. That's our first date anniversary

I confess I am addicted to work out magazines... Since I started working out 6 days/wk, I think I have purchased almost EVER magazine for women that doesn't have those that look like they're on steroids on the front cover...
I also confess, I'm dying to get a tattoo and thought I'd come up with a great pattern, but DH asked me if they call me "Laverne" after the L on her sweaters... I might need some Novembie Tattoo help here (not sure how to post as I know my sister lurks and I want the tat to be mine, not known by the family...ok, DH can know.)
I don't remember the last time DH and I slept in the same bed...I am a horrible sleeper these days and it is too hard for me to share the bed with anyone else. He is really nice and cuddles with me until I fall asleep then sneaks out to the guest room so I can toss and turn and watch tv all night if I need to.
My little sister requested that my baby shower be on a Sunday since she is in beauty school and its the only day she can attend. I am pushing for a Saturday since she made it impossible for me to go to my nephews birthday I feel no reason to accomodate her schedule (I am so petty these days).
I am very irritated that my other little sister is coming to stay with me from college again this weekend (she was just here last weekend). I know that she has a four day weekend and living in the dorm sucks, but I don't really feel like entertaining her all weekend, not to mention cleaning up after her. I dont know where she grew up, but my mom would never let me slob around the way she does.
Also irritated that my older sister just called to say that she and her daughter and her boyfriend will be coming to stay with me the week of spring break (little sis will also be here from college). Four people is a lot to have stay with you for a week when you don't feel like cooking or cleaning.
J and I rarely sleep in the same bed for a whole night anymore. I usually wake up around 3 AM with back pain and I always end up disturbing him, so I've just started sleeping on the couch (it's really comfortable and firm). Last night, we switched so I slept on the bed and he slept on the couch . . . it was the first time I actually slept through the night in months. He said he slept great too.
Eventually, I'd like to go back to sleeping the same bed, but an occasional night apart is amazing.
Not sure if it's a confession or not, but the baby fever is escalating pretty rapidly. As everyone knows, as soon as you start thinking babies, seems like everyone and their mom is annoucing their pregnancy. I was never the type to say I wanted one before a certain age, but it just hit me a couple days ago that I'm turning 30 this June and now I hope we get a BFP by year's end. We'll see about that.
Flameless Friday confessions:
Boss- way to not give us our checks today. We are supposed to get paid on the 1st and 16th, but because the 16th is a Saturday, you decide to wait until Monday the 18th to pay us and guess what THE BANK IS NOT OPEN ON MONDAY. So really, I will get paid on the 19th. You can suck it.
DH: You know that we have offically began to budget, and you know that you can do whatever you damn well please with your "fun money" (which is pretty generous IMO), so why are you asking ME if I can renew your $50 X-BOX live subscription. NO, I cannot.
Self: Lose some weight. That is all.

Unless CA state laws changed you're employer is technically suppose to pay you time and a half for every hour that you do not get your pay on time. However that also includes having to file a labor board complaint and I gather you actually like your job! lol!
My confession: We actually had sex last night. What??? Miracles happen.
And J mainly sleeps on the couch. He has a laundry list of reasons for this. Mostly he stays up too late and passes out on the couch. But Iike going to bed alone. I fall asleep faster.
