Hairstyle- Give me your opinion

So I really need a new hairstyle. My hair is getting way too long (for me) and I need a haircut BAD but I haven't gone because I don't know what to do with it. But I can't stand it any longer- my hair is super thick and when it's longer it really annoys me (and takes forever to dry). Which of these haircuts do you like better? I think both are cute and can't decide what to do!

Re: Hairstyle- Give me your opinion

  • That is so funny, I have had both of these haircuts! I loved having my hair cut like in the first picture (inverted bob). I will say that if you don't like "fixing" your hair all the time then its not the way to go because you cant pull it back at all or do anything with it. It also grows out really quickly so keep that in mind. The second time I got it cut like that, my hairdresser didn't stack the back (thats what she called it) so it grew out a little better and I could wait a week or so longer between my haircuts. Either way both cuts are really cute!
  • I love both!  But if you want a drastic change then I would go shorter!

  • I really like them both!  But IMO, the second would look much better with your thicker hair.  I think you need to have fine-ish hair to pull off that bob.  And, as pp said, you would have an easier time putting it up and would have a little more variety.

  • The Jessica with side-swept bangs.
    Matt loves Munkii!!!
  • Both are super cute but I like the Jessica on you!
  • I've always thought that the first cut looked best on girls with noticeably narrow chin/jawlines.  Since your face has softer lines, I think maybe "The Jessica" would look better, and it would be more versatile.
  • The Jessica. I love the Hayden, but based on your post, it might be a bit more maintenance than you are looking for.
  • Just to clarify, it's not styling my hair I mind. I prefer to keep it shorter than or just at shoulder length because any longer takes forever for me to blow dry. Also since it's thick, it feels heavy and I don't like feeling all of it "hang" on my neck and back.
