Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Holy Cow! Think we just agreed on a price for our house!
Buyers countered with 1K more in closing costs. Just got an email from DH, he agreed with my thinking of eff it, lets just take it.
Holy crap, in like a months time I'll be turning over the house!
Guess I should get on making arrangements for a place to live... (will probably be either at my parents or in his grams out-law apt till DH gets back, but I have to ask still)
