Post a pic of your wedding cake
I want to see everyone's pics of their lovely wedding cakes. I think we did this a while back but I want to see them again. I am craving cake today... thanks to Cipolla's blog about red velvet cupcakes.
Re: Post a pic of your wedding cake
Sweet Potato cake w/ buttercream frosting. Yum!
Ours was two flavors- amaretto cake with raspberry filling and spice cake with cinnamon/apple filling, topped with vanilla buttercream. I loved our cake!
i love love love the birds!!!!! too cute for words! and SO creative
Layers were either Red velvet with cannoli cream or Hazelnut cake with mocha cream.
Sorry it's kinda small, but the pink layers are red velvet and the white is pumpkin w/ caramel filling.
Square layers where white cake with strawberries and european cream, middle layer was chocolate with raspberry, icing was white chocolate. It was SO yummy, but we bought way too much and had no way to refrigerate it so we ended up throwing a bunch away

Oh Im late but heres ours...
It tasted amazing!
BAHAHA! I just read what you wrote...you're welcome...
NotFroofy made ours. The bottom layer was dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and vanilla butter cream icing. The second was lemon cake with raspberry mousse filling and lemon butter cream icing. The third was sour cream spice cake with pecans and sour cream frosting. The top layer was the traditional British fruit cake with marzipan and royal icing, which we saved for our anniversary. The cake topper was a traditional Welsh love spoon.
