What will you be studying at UT? That's cool that you're going back to school. Are you getting a Masters?
Re: ::dreamincitrus::
Hey there! I'm actually not going to be at UT. That originally was the plan, but FI got a promotion and it required us to move to Ohio. So I will be going to OSU here in Columbus to study City/Regional Planning. I'm still in undergrad, but I am involved with undergrad research to graduate with honors/distinction and prepare for grad school. It feels great to be in school, and I think everything happens for a reason, like being laid off. I kept telling myself "Oh I'll go to school, I'll get my degree, someday," and then when that happened, I didn't really have an excuse to procrastinate. I just feel very blessed and lucky to have had community college as an option and for FI to have a very stable job in this economy, and I try to stay very humble about it.
I am hoping to go to UT for my masters. They have a pretty good planning program in the school of architecture. Just gotta keep those grades up and study hard for the GRE!
Sorry I wrote a novel here, I've been cooped up in the apartment without my buddies down in Austin.
