Austin Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Anyone have any ideas on the best place to start? Im clueless on what all is included and am wanting to learn.
Thanks!
Re: DIY: website
Microsoft office live is a great place to start for a free, easy to create website. I use it for a moms group. It is so easy to use and you can google easy-to-upload templates if you don't like any of the ones that they provide (but they have a lot to choose from which aren't bad at all). www.officelive.com
Oh and if you haven't already, grab your domain name from godaddy (google for a coupon code first which usually makes it about $7 a year). Office Live will show you how to direct your site specifically from godaddy.
Just an option for you!
