XP-doctor recs

My long time family doc is in Cincy near my parents.  I don't mind driving down there once a year for a physical but it's not ideal if I'm sick.  So I'm looking for a new PCP/family doc (dh needs one too, it's been forever since he's been to the doctor).  I also need a neurologist or pain specialist for my migraines.  I haven't been on meds for a couple of years and I feel like I need to go back on something.  I used to see Lisa Mannix in West Chester but she does not take insurance.   I have to send in my own bills and do the out of network rate and that gets expensive.  Any recs for doctors in Dayton?  We're near downtown so we're pretty central.  I'd go to Cincy for a great neurologist if necessary but I'd prefer someone closer.  The PCP does need to be in the greater Dayton area.

Thanks!
