Okay, so I'm only adding LIPS otherwise this post will be 3 pages long.
I had to take pics of the U/S pics, so, they might be a bit blurry, but hereunder is some info on whats in the pics:

foto1: face with 2 hands in front of it.
foto2:
Spruit is looking "into the camera". Spruit is in the bottom part of the picture, one of the eyes is visible as well both jaws.
foto3:
side shot of the face and part of the upper body. Spruit's mouth a a
bit open and the little round nose is also visible. The "bubbles" near
the mouth is the umbilical cord.
foto4: like pic 3, only a bit more blurry, Spruit was moving a bit too much.
foto5: like pic 3, only a bit more blurry, Spruit was moving a bit too much.
foto6:
good
pic of the spine (the 2 dotted lines in the middle. As you can see the
skin is nicely wrapped around the spine, so no defects there. The
little baby on the left is a pic how Spruit is laying in my belly. The
pic is mirrored, so Spruit is actually lying with face/legs/arms to my
right side and the back is on my left side..
foto7: picture of Spruits (quite large) foot..
foto8:
the heart with heartrate. Spruits heartrate is currently 140bpm, which is perfectly normal for a baby in the womb.
foto10: pic of the bone in the upperleg.
Here are some measurements:
Length of foot: 1.7in / 4,24cm
Heartbeat: 140bpm
Head outline (circumference??): 8.1in / 20,48cm
Belly outline (circumference??): 6.6in / 16,82cm
Length of upper leg: 1.6in / 4,01cm (yep, Spruit's giant feet are
currently larger than the upper legs....which is perfectly normal
according to the lady who did the u/s)
Weight: 17.50ounces / 496grams
So, we had a lot of fun
yesterday. Spruit was very co-operative and was moving arms/legs quite
a bit. At one point we saw our baby yawn a few times then everything
went quiet.....the little one was a sleep, so cute. We also know the
drinking/peeing reflexes work. We saw Spruit drink, and we viewed the
bladder 2 times, the first time it was quite full, the second time
there was a lot less fluid in it. So yay for the mini- intestents
working :-)
I guess this is about all that's happened yesterday at the u/s ;-)
Love Hanneke
