House inspector and appraiser?
Hey guys-
We suddenly put in an offer on a house, when we are still without a real estate agent.
Anyone have a good suggestion for an appraiser and house inspector that they have used?

I'm an agent and I like to recommend:
1) Michael Scher - 773-2773 (cell).
Also - the lender hires the appraiser. Or is this a cash transaction??
