Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yes and yes.
I include it bc it highlights my decade of experience in my field. I've had pretty steady jobs along the way...no more than a few months between them.
If I were looking for someone to hire I'd want to see it so I'd know to ask about gaps in schooling and employment. Ex: A member of my family graduated in 2006 and has yet to hold down a FT job. That would be a red flag for me as an employer.
