  • B: Light N Fit Raspberry yogurt with fresh blueberries

    S: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries

    L: Tomatoe Soup

    D: I think we're going out. Probably Cheese Fries bc I'm craving them thanks to the earlier post LOL.

    Yesterday: I ate well and worked out. I was porud of myself.

    Workout: Walk over a mile

  • Breakfast- Pancakes, Tea

    Lunch- SmartOne, Mountain Dew(bad I know but the machine was out of Sprite)

    Snack- Coffee

    Dinner- Outback with the girls, so probably steak

  • Breakfast:  Whole grain waffles w/ smart balance, cinnamon, sugar; coffee

    Lunch:  Tomato soup, 2 clementines

    Snack:  Low fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup)

    Dinner:  Herbed Chicken Parmesan (Cooking Light recipe)

    Dessert: Slow Churned Thin Mint ice cream

  • B:  Plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon and Stevia stirred in, coffee

    L: Boca burger on an Earthen 'bun', carrots/celery

    S: apple and some honey wheat pretzels

    D: leftovers-pasta with venison Italian sausage, peppers, tomatoes?, wine

    S2: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

    Activity: today-strength training-probably to one of my The Firm Videos...unless I wimp out and do pilates or low key yoga

    Yesterday-I did C25K-forgot to download (duh) week 3, so I did wk 2 again and up'd my speed--feeling it today!! WOW!  Eating fine--doing the WW points system... I swear, if I gain again this week... well, then I'm getting the thyroid checked...

  • B- Oatmeal with a banana and non fat milk

    s- fiber bar, non fat milk

    lunch - Tuna (yes, I know that you are not supposed to eat this when preg, but it was the first one I've had and I was CRAVING it to no end) on whole wheat with baby carrots and grape juice

    s- 2 clementines, trail mix

    d- chicken and shrimp alfredo with broccoli

    s- ice cream with raspberries and  blackberries

    Yesterday I was horrid!  I realized at like 5 that I had had a bowl of cereal a banana and a cholcolate milk shake Embarrassed

  • I've been so busy, all I've had to eat today is a granola bar, an apple, and a lot of coffee. Luckily I have chicken cacciatore to look forward too.

    This weekeend I ate a lot of cheese. But I'm ok with that.

    Activity - PT exercises when I get home and maybe doing some cleaning.

  • B - special k protein plus cereal and Trop50 OJ

    S - banana

    L - turkey and cheese (real cheese) and miracle whip on light wheat bread and sf ff dark chocolate pudding

    S - south beach protein cereal bar (peanut butter)

    D - leftover spaghetti w/whole wheat pasta

    Activity = zilch Embarrassed just too tired today, but planning on working out tomorrow!

  • B - 2 cups coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon and whole wheat toast

    D - half a turkey sandwhich and a bowl of baked potato soup with a galss of 7up.

    So far no snacks but I have a craving for something.....

    Activity, 30DS,  painted bedroom ceiling, laundry and cleaning out the bedroom.

    D: Some hashbrowns
