I'm serving it over whole wheat spaghetti. I'm also using reduced-fat mozzarella instead of provolone, so that should cut down the fat slightly.
For the record, I couldn't figure out why flip flops had a craigslist chicken parm recipe.
I am an idiot.
Haha, I can only imagine what kind of recipes one might find on Craigslist!
The recipe turned out fantastic! Great flavor and very easy to make. I'd never put a skillet in the oven before, but it worked out fine.
