You need to be totally relaxed when you do it. I know it's easier said than done, but seriously, it will hurt a lot less if you relax as much as possible. Wine helps lol.

Other than that...lots and lots of lube and take it REALLY slow.

Astroglide is your friend and if you think you are using to much, you probably need more. haha. My only advice is do not let him finish. Ugh. It has like a laxative effect, it's kinda gross, at least for me. Other than that, relax and enjoy, it can feel amazing.

Ive tried it before in a previous relationship and I almost enjoyed it and so I wanted to try it with my fiance' cause he really wants to and I want to do it for him and we tried it with "analyse me" which is a water based lube and it actually helps numb the area, but OMMG i wanted to die...i was literally running away from him on the bed. lol I want to try it again too! and I agree with the other girls....you have to be relaxed...that was my mistake. If you try it, post an update so we know how it went-hopefully it goes better for you then it did for me last time!

I have done this before and I found it easier to do it just like when you are on top for regular sex. That way you can completely control it.

like everyone else said, relaxation is the key. don't do it if you're not 100% alright with it. it's a little uncomfortable the first time and it really needs to be done at your own pace. if he wants it bad enough he should be willing to give you the speed control. easing in works best. as for positions doggy really works once he's in, it's also less messy. but really it can be tons of fun.

yeah u can go back to normal sex but he needs to clean up. Also aside from relaxing and using lube the way he penetrates u matters too . We tried a few times before it felt good but it can deffinately feel good

Well I must say that everyone is correct!!!! relaxation is the key. That and lots of lube. The more you think about it when he's trying to
"get in" the more tense you will be and the more it will hurt. So just relax...I find it helpful to play with the clit while entering...takes your mind off of it. Will hurt the first few times, after that it'll be fun

We have tried it 3 different times and most of the time it just hurt. Honestly, I just felt like I had to poop the whole time. Maybe it was because we weren't warming up properly or using enough lube, but it was not something I enjoyed in the slightest.
