Thanks ladies...

for all of your suggestions for helping me get into shape and lose weight! I started tracking my food on livestrong.com. My husband has decided that he wants to jump on my bandwagon and we bought the 30-day shred to start doing together. We are starting that some time this week (his work schedule is different this week so we are trying to find a time that we both can do it). He wants to do the P90x afterwards but I have a long way to go so I think I might repeat the Shred again after 30 days... As well as incorporate walking or something else when the weather is nicer. A friend of mine has asked if I want to do WW with her and I'm seriously considering that as well.

  • Your welcome!!! Good Luck and most importantly don't be to hard on yourself while trying to lose the weight, don't get on the scale everyday, realize that muscle weighs more than fat, and enjoy becoming the healthier you!
