for all of your suggestions for helping me get into shape and lose weight! I started tracking my food on livestrong.com. My husband has decided that he wants to jump on my bandwagon and we bought the 30-day shred to start doing together. We are starting that some time this week (his work schedule is different this week so we are trying to find a time that we both can do it). He wants to do the P90x afterwards but I have a long way to go so I think I might repeat the Shred again after 30 days... As well as incorporate walking or something else when the weather is nicer. A friend of mine has asked if I want to do WW with her and I'm seriously considering that as well.
