B: Glass of OJ, Small cup of coffee, two midol
L: Smart Ones lasagna florentine and yoplait lite strawberry yogurt
Snack: probably more midol
Activity: purging my guest room (we hope to be moving soon shhhhhh)
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soy milk
S- plain ff greek yogurt, small apple
L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- baby carrots, almond butter
D- not sure about main dish, veggies
Activity- not sure if I'll go to the gym today. I'm running on about 4 hours of (not restful) sleep. We'll see how I feel this afternoon...
Yesterday- did well with eating, but didn't get a chance to exercise much
B: LnF Strawberry Yogurt
S: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries
L: Tilapia with cheesy mashed potatoes
D: Who knows!? If DH gets the loan, we'll probably go out to eat to celebrate!!
Workout: I'm not sure. Maybe walk a mile or 30 minutes of cardio. Whatever I can fit in with all the work we have to do this evening.
Yesterday: I stuck to my plan including a cheesy fry filled dinner =P. I also walked over a mile as my workout like planned. I think I did well.
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar oatmeal w/skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: 1 cup Trader Joe's Creamy Organic Tomato Soup, Kashi TLC crackers, apple
Afternoon snacks: Sugar Free Jell-o Pudding, Fiber One Bar - Chocolate
Dinner: Tilapia with Lemon-Peppercorn Sauce (another Cooking Light recipe), green beans, salad
Dessert: 1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Thin Mint ice cream
Activity: Hopefully getting myself on the treadmill

We're having tilapia too! I've got it thawing in the fridge, so hopefully it's ready by the time I get home from work.

Did okay yesterday... was hungry, so I ate... stunk at workout-did 20 min of yoga-didn't finish the tape-sooo not motivated by The Firm...
Activity: W3D1 of C25K... prob strength train my arms... noticed 'bat wings' yesterday

Lunch- Lean pocket, bugels, & a Dr. Pepper
Dinner- Something with Chicken

Activity: hopefully I'll get out of here in time to hit the gym - 30 minutes of cardio and 45 of weight lifting. My body and soul both need it.
