Well it's FINALLY done! I ended up having to rearrange it a little because the sweet gum balls I collected a few weeks after the first ones weren't the same color?! I lurve it! It looks a little off because of the shadows, it's round, I promise.

Yes! Most I got off the ground, but DH was able to pick some of them right off a branch I couldn't reach. They started falling around the end of oct and there are still a few on the trees now. Here's what they look like up close. Suckers are sharp!
It was driving me nuts, totally thought those were buckeye's so I did research....

I have one of these trees next to my driveway. I slipped and fell on them one day getting out of my car and broke my tailbone. Not so sweet.
Glad to see them put to better use here. It is adorable.

I looked on USPS.com and they have those flat rate boxes for between like $5 and $10...Let me know
Ok cool! I think I would just want to display them in an apothocary jar or something...so send me as many as you can round up/fit in a box and I will figure it out. They are just to cool not to have!
