  I am having a craptastic day.  Actually, I had a lameazoid weekend.  I was considering posting it here for all of you to tell me whether I am being too sensitve or not, but I decided I was and I should just suck it up and deal with it.  I'm still in a bad mood about it, though.

  I've actually had work to do.  We (two peers and I) talked with our sr. manager today and brought up the idea of creating a new position above ours to create an opportunity for advancement. She loved the idea and now we have to put together a formal proposal including general job description, pay, projects, and how it will affect the team.
