So wanted to report back on Jazzercise. My MIL, a co-worker and I went tonight and we all joined! It was tons of fun and got you sweating but didn't feel like "working out". We did some warm up then did like 40-45 mins of non-stop cardio then did some weights and floor exercises for the remainder of the hour. I caught on pretty quickly (just repeat the move like 4-8 times on your right then switch and do the same thing on your left) and the music made it easy to move around to the beat. The worst part for me was when we were doing weights (and I only used 2-3lbs!) and abs...oh I hate those abs! I feel super energized and good right now!
Definitely let me know if you ever decide to stop by for a freebie class and/or join. I don't know exactly what type of schedule I'll do yet but know it'll be evenings and weekends that I'm generally free

PS: For anyone lurking on this post, I'd love to meet other Nesties that are interested, too! Seriously, if my 50 y/o self-labeled uncoordinated MIL can do it I'm pretty sure anybody can
. The class had people of all ages and fitness levels and the instructor had great suggestions for toning down the moves or kicking it up a notch.
