March 2006 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Where are the community rules that used to be in the Knottie Library located now? Specifically the Knottie-Vendor stuff? They aren't in the Rules or FAQs links in the left nav on the boards. Where, oh where could they be?? I usually send a link to them in any emails/PMs I need to send, and I'm not sure where they are now. Any help appreciated!
Re: Community Rules?
They are in the Rules section. When you're on the main Knot boards, under Community Link it says Rules. The vendor rules are towards the end of the bullet points, then again in the paragraph right after the bullet points, then two paragraphs down. It's kind of out of order, but it's all there.

I already checked that. The only thing that's in there is no solicitation on the boards, no defamatory comments about vendors but they can reply, and if you want to advertise, contact your rep. Nothing about the Knottie-Vendor verbiage that Annie and team have put so much time into that specifically addresses brides who are vendors (or vendors who are brides!), and nothing specifically about links in signatures, which is what I was looking for.
Annie, I would love to see the old Knottie-Vendor verbiage put into the rules section so it's available whenever we need it, now that the Knottie Library no longer exists.
Our big girl, Cora, and our sneaky kitty, Roxy
I vaguely remember something about that section being removed after it generated a lot of controversy a few months ago. I could be wrong, though.
