Snack - yogurt
Activity - Not sure. I cried all night long and got very little sleep so i am pretty fluffin exhausted. We shall see. But it is likely that I will be in bed by 8.
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, 1 Morningstar veggie breakfast patty, V8 low-sodium
L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green pepper, oil/vinegar, plain ff greek yogurt
S- baby carrots, small apple w/almond butter
D- baked apple chicken, veggies
Activity- ::sigh:: probably none today because work's a b!tch, but we'll see
Yesterday- did well with eating, actually made it to the gym for 30 min of cardio (running) when I didn't think I would.
B- coffee and oatmeal with blueberries
L- pb&j and some carrots
D-probably orange chicken and a spinach salad
no activity today but I did get in my run/walk yesterday
B- WW bagel with 1 egg, skim milk... coffee....
S-apple
L-chicken, green peppers, quinoa with creamed corn (just mixed that way, not planned), SF jello, crystal light iced tea
D- Boca Burger on Earthen Grains skinny bun (New fav!!), mixed veggies, vino.
S-lite ice cream or Choc Cinnamon Quesadilla recipe (WW recipe)
Activity-yesterday-C25K week 3-strength train-arms
today-strength-legs, abs.. ma speed walking on TM or hoop.
VERY PROUD MOMENT!!! DH made a frozen meal dinner thingy-I looked at the calories, etc--over 600 cal, 8g fat--12 WW points. I said thanks but I'm gonna make something else (which is lunch today)

D: PF Changs!! -- I've never been there but I have been crazing chinese like CRAZY!!!
Workout: Meh, I am going out with the girls and have been picking it up lately, so I may skip today. But the weather is beautiful so I may walk a mile at lunch... We'll say and mile and see if I stick with it.
Yesterday: Stuck with my food and workout plan. Saying it on here makes me mroe conscious =D

Activity: none today - I have a business council mixer that goes 'til 7 and is an hour from home

Yesterday I ate ok, despite not having a plan (stir fry for lunch, chicken soup for dinner), but we didn't make it to the gym because we needed to do a major grocery shop. I was gone all weekend, and N "didn't know what we needed" because I am the one who plans the meals and makes the lists.
B- Sausage Buiscut, OJ
L- Lean Pocket, Sweet Tea
S- Lasaugna, or Something with Chicken again
Breakfast: Kashi GoLean oatmeal Truly Vanilla w/skim milk, coffee
Lunch: PB&J on whole wheat, Baked Doritos, Apple
Dinner: Leftover chicken parm, salad
Activity: Treadmill
I stayed on my eating plan yesterday, but DH got home late from work and by the time we ate dinner I didn't feel like hopping on the treadmill.
