So my dept. handles most written communication that is sent to individual clients. There's another dept. that handles supervisor calls. They will occasionally ask my dept. to send out follow-up correspondence to clients regarding this and that with their accounts.
There's one girl who is for-EVER sending requests for us to send out written communication to members and a lot of it is dumb isht. Several people have commented to me (because I handle most of these communications) about the things she sends and how asinine they are. (I don't like her on a personal level, but that's a whole other ball of wax)
A couple weeks ago, she sent a communication request and I sent the client the information. The client came back PISSED as hell. Turns out, she wanted me to send out different info. BUT she didn't explain that. So, I went to my supervisor, who went to hers, who made her contact the angry client.
Today, she sends a communication request. I e-mail her back and say that we'll take care of it. Usually, I get no response (not a 'thank you', nothing) Today, she responds with, "I hope so."
Um what?! Btch you can take your requests and shove them up your ass. I don't need this isht.
I forwarded the e-mail to my supe (who was well aware of the issue a couple weeks ago and totally took my side in it because chica was the one who miscommunicated what needed to be sent to the client) and she said that she's going to file that away just in case.
