Commercial real estate question
I'm not really sure who I'm directing this question to, so I'm just going to throw it out there and hope there's some one here that can help.
I'm looking into studio space for myself and a few other writer friends and I wanted to get an idea of how much commercial office-like spaces are around town. Anyone here deal with commercial real estate?
Re: Commercial real estate question
I'm not at all involved in real estate, but I recently found out about Junto Coworking on Twitter. "Junto Coworking is about building a community for independent workers. The goal is to provide an atmosphere that is more inviting than a cubicle farm yet more professional and business-like than a coffee shop." I think they are looking at a building by Parmer & Mopac. I'm not at all affiliated with them, just remembered looking at their site when I read your post. Could be something to look into!

Our office has a great commercial real estate department. I have sent several people over to them and they have been very well taken care of. Feel free to email me and Ill get you in contact with someone. findyourwayhomeinaustin at gmail dot com.
The commercial listings that residential realtors can pull is only a very very small portion of whats available. Most commercial agents dont even post in the Austin MLS.
