Just wondering when i should expect to look like an unwed pregnant teenager...

when did you have to take your rings off? was any1 able to wear them throughout the pregnancy?

My fingers started swelling about 3 months in so I couldn't wear my e-ring that long but I wore my band the entire time!

i've always had a hard time with my rings b/c of my ugly big knuckles (i've always cracked them, not sure if that is why)....on our honeymoon, when we would dive, i'd take them on and off and my knuckle actually got cut b/c my knuckles are so big.

i've worn my rings so far through my whole pregnancy, but i am worried that they would get stuck on, though i never usually take them off, so i'm not sure...

My friend kept her's on a chain around her neck until they fit again so that people could see she had wedding rings and wasn't some unwed mother lol

Paul remarried me at Walmart with my second band at about 8 1/2 months. I really thought I was going to make it to the end, but nope. My Walmart ring is AWESOME!

I had to stop wearing my rings at about 31 weeks. (Good thing I wrote it down, huh? ) I got a cheap replacement band at JCPenney.

I pretty much wore mine right up until 35-36 weeks and then I put on another ring that looked like an wedding ring.

I think I made it past 8 months. And then it took a few weeks after delivery for all the swelling to go away before I could wear them again.

6 months now...and definitely getting tight. Probably have to swap in a larger size from my stockpile of cheapo bands in the next month or so. :P

My doc recommended that I take them off in 2nd tri because swelling can happen so quickly, you may not realize and have to get them cut off. So I heeded that advice! Felt weird though.

I got to wear mine the whole time I took it off in the hospital when they induced me because i could tell by all the fluids they were pumping into me that my ring was going to get stuck. So I took it off and put it back on a few days later.

me too. and i was lucky, i was able to wear them again the day i went home from the hospital.

I wore my rings till about 28wks. I took them off early because it is so darn hot here in Fl my fingers would swell if I went outside. My rings don't fit and will be resized for Valentines Day.
