Geez louise. She looks like a completely different person. So sad how these girls get so pressured about what other people say and do these things to their body.

Really sad. She looked better before. Her boobs are just ridiculous now!
This girl is only 23 and she has made choices that will affect her for the rest of her life. Her doctor should be investigated...no one in their right mind would perform 10 elective cosmetic procedures on a patient at one time. Did she go through a psych eval before hand? It should be required. Honestly. And the poor girl has deluded herself into thinking it will help her music career. Uh no. She's not talented. No amount of surgery can fix that.

It's so gross. She does look like a totally different person. And I am FLOORED that she wants her boobs even bigger. From someone who had a reduction.....she's eff-ing nuts!
And, um, how is she even a "celebrity"? Ugh.
when I was flipping through the channels last night I saw her on one of those ET/access hollywood shows. At first I thought it was one of those wackos that wanted to be Barbie or something. She doesn't even look the same and she could barely keep her eyes open.

I feel bad for Heidi, and I really feel bad for all of the tween/teen girls who read that article in People and will now think that surgery is the only way to ever feel good about themselves.
From what I read, the article focused much more on what Heidi decided to do, and less on whether it was necessary, appropriate, or healthy for her to do it. If someone who looks like Heidi Montag "needs" 10 procedures to be beautiful, what hope does your everyday girl have?
Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying I expect People Magazine to be the watchdog of our society! But I shudder to think about the number of young, impressionable, celebrity-worshipping girls who read it.
Her & Spencer were passengers on one of my flights a few months ago. I really don't mean to sound shallow or mean but she is very unattractive in person. She looked like a horse even though she did the best that could be done with the features she had. I honestly think she looks much much better now. Looks are not everything though and she's still the same person she was before. Hopefully she finds the place where she's happy with herself inside & out.

This is funny! I always wonder what celebrities look like in "real' life.
Her boobs are OUT OF CONTROL... I wonder if she's happier now with all of her changes, or will she want more surgeries in the future?

I hate Speidi, so this is going to be a rant. I think Heidi is a perfect example of a girl who has had many negative influences around her. She's not really part of hollywood, just another wannabe who WANTS to be part of the scene. And voila, she's doing whatever it takes (or rather, whatever she thinks it takes) to get there. Fame whores, that's what that pair is - I wouldn't be surprised if this was all part of them getting publicity.
If we (and by extension the media) wanted to help her, we'd stop giving her attention. The girl clearly has issues. Frankly I'm horrified that anyone would do that much plastic surgery on such a young girl. Changing the outside won't fix the problem. It's the inside that needs to be dealt with!
And really, what's she famous for? It's not like she has ANY talent. I was so happy when the Superficial blog stopped talking about that pair for a month in protest to their extreme lameness.

Ironically, in one of her interviews, she was asked how she defines beauty. She said beauty comes from within. If she believes that, then why did she have to change her looks?
She has major issues. Very sad. She's only 23. Wonder what she'll look like when she's 40. I am sure this won't be the last surgery that she'll have.
I was shocked when I saw these pics a few days ago - at first I didn't even realize it was the same person! I just don't understand why someone would want to look totally different than who they are.
I think she undoubtedly has self esteem issues, but my more cynical side also agrees with kaesha - we've seen both halves of this couple do ANYTHING for publicity, so it wouldn't surprise me if this was also driven by that need. But they just keep doing more and more extreme things, and they're starting to run out of road...I mean, now what will they do? Have octuplets? Such a ridiculous and sad state of affairs.
The saddest thing to me is that it's WORKING!
