B - Nothing. My tummy wasnt feeling well from starting my meds again so i skipped it.
L - Sushi. to make up for the skipped lunch
D - tilapia and veggies
Activity - WFP
Yesterday - eating didnt go as planned due to deep thoughts in the ammons house. so I had a small bowl of cornflakes before bed. no activity as i got home late and then had impt discussion.
I'm more like 'dashing' today! GEE!! Super busy here! Was at 2 client homes today and have 2 more appts?!? ugh. oh well, sleeping in tomorrow!
B: Earthen Grains skinny bun, scrambled egg
S: carrots in the SUV...
L: brussel sprouts, Boca Burger... Crystal Light lemonade... maybe some pretzels (it's def a dashing dining experience today!)
S: IDK-yogurt?
? whatever we can round up... kids have a thing this evening...
Activity: OFF!!! I typically take Thurs's off cause I work or have something...
Yesterday-did fine... marked an O'Douls down on my WW online thingy and never had it! gotta take that sucka off!
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium
L- almond butter or tuna (haven't decided), spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- plain ff greek yogurt, baby carrots
D- baked chicken w/apple and raisin stuffing, veggies
Activity- gym (C25K)
Yesterday- stuck to the plan
B: Cheerios
S: Hot chocolate and 100 calorie rice crispy bar
L: Manicotti with grilled chicken
D: Fried chicken and mashed potatoes
Workout: I probably won't. It's raining so I am not walking. Plus I am worn out and tonight is supposed to be date night with DH.
Yesterday: I did great. I walked over a mile and ate my exact plan. Too bad I make my plan realistic instead of goal oriented bc tomorrow when I stick to today's plan, I ate fried chicken and didn't work out...fail.
Breakfast: Kashi GoLean Instant Hot Cereal w/skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Chunk light tuna on whole wheat, apple, Baked Doritos
Snack: Jell-o Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding
Dinner: Morningstar Farms Black Bean Burgers, Trader Joe's Sweet Potato Fries, salad
Dessert: 1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Thin Mint ice cream
Activity: Treadmill
Yesterday: Did great eating, but am severely lacking motivation to get on the treadmill. Better luck tonight.
